Beside the sustain of the achieved market share in Ankara, we also entered the Istanbul market by our regional directorate in the Istanbul Region. We rapidly continue with our Works regarding getting a well-known brand also in the Istanbul market as this is the case in Ankara.
Our trade with countries, entered newly in order to increase our export sales, gives us hope for the future. We will be having enlarged our window to the world in 2010 in order to increase our foreign trade with new targets.
Beside visiting our customers at their places and determining their demands, we both host our guests in our showrooms at the plaza in our plant facilities and if requested, show them our production at its place and increase the confidence in our products and are happy to host our customers at our plant. Except these services, we work in order to keep customer satisfaction at top level by call centre services and pre- and after-sale services.
